service/support fee includes the following:
- Blog hosting on our robust

new Search Engine Optimization updates will be
automatically installed on your

- Access to archived and new video training
tutorials teaching you how to use your
blog.
- All
updates for WordPress and all Plugins will be installed by
us.
- 48
hour response time to your general/technical support
questions via email (M-F, 9am- 5pm PST). If there is a true
emergency during business hours we will do our best to
respond in a couple hours.
- Up
to 2 hours per month of hands-on general support
training .
This does not include
adding content to your site. Each additional
hour will be billed at a discounted rate of
$50/hour.
- The
service fee does not include new graphic design. All new
graphic design is billed at
$95/hour.
- Additional technical modifications to
your blog (custom page templates, sidebar modifications
that require coding, etc) is billed at
$95/hour.
